Stephanie Tithof serves as the Business Coordinator for the Food and Beverage operation for the Great Lakes Loons and joined the team in 2021. In her role, Tithof coordinates all catering orders for suite and venue clients during Loons games, handles accounts payable and HR functions for the food and beverage team, and provides front-of-house services to Dow Diamond guests. Additionally, Tithof provides wedding and event planning services for customers of Dow Diamond and assists in private event sales.

A native of Carson City, Nevada, Tithof has a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University in recreation, parks, and leisure service with a concentration in event planning management. Prior to joining the Loons, Tifhof worked at Wald Disney World as a merchandiser and was also a lifeguard at Sea World for three years.

An athlete all her life, Tithof was a state qualifier in swimming all four years of high school at Bay City Western and played soccer for fifteen years. She still is an avid fan of Disney. She resides with her husband Aaron and their Goldendoodle, Daisy.
